DATA REQUESTS

Delete your data

Noodle Flow is developed by XFactory. The game does not create user accounts, and XFactory does not operate a server that stores your puzzle progress.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. Email xfactory.offical@gmail.com with the subject Noodle Flow Data Deletion.
  2. Include your platform (Android or iOS) and the approximate dates when you used the game. Do not send passwords, advertising identifiers, or other sensitive information.
  3. We will acknowledge the request, assess what information can be linked to it, and respond within the period required by applicable law.

Data deleted or kept

We will delete information controlled by XFactory that we can reasonably associate with a valid request, unless we must retain it for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Any required retention will last only for the applicable legal or operational period.

Your game progress, settings, scores, and streak are stored in the app's local storage and are not available to us. You can remove the local copy by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game. Your platform provider controls any device or cloud backup copy.

Firebase and Google Mobile Ads process pseudonymous technical, advertising, interaction, and diagnostic information. Because Noodle Flow has no account, we may be unable to match an email request to those pseudonymous records. Google and eligible advertising partners retain or delete their records under their own policies, legal obligations, consent choices, and device or account controls. You can also use Settings → Privacy choices in the game and your Android or iOS advertising controls.

Silme talebi nasıl gönderilir?

  2. Platformunuzu (Android veya iOS) ve oyunu kullandığınız yaklaşık tarihleri yazın. Parola, reklam kimliği veya başka hassas bilgiler göndermeyin.
  3. Talebi aldığımızı bildirir, hangi bilgilerin taleple ilişkilendirilebildiğini değerlendirir ve uygulanabilir hukukun gerektirdiği süre içinde yanıt veririz.

Silinen veya saklanan veriler

Geçerli bir taleple makul biçimde ilişkilendirebildiğimiz ve XFactory'nin kontrolündeki bilgileri sileriz. Güvenlik, sahtekârlığı önleme, yasal uyum veya yasal hakların tesisi ya da savunulması için saklamamız gereken bilgiler istisnadır. Zorunlu saklama yalnız ilgili yasal veya operasyonel süre boyunca devam eder.

Oyun ilerlemeniz, ayarlarınız, puanlarınız ve seriniz uygulamanın yerel depolama alanındadır ve bizim erişimimizde değildir. Yerel kopyayı uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya oyunu kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. Cihaz veya bulut yedeği kopyasını platform sağlayıcınız kontrol eder.

Firebase ve Google Mobile Ads takma adlı teknik, reklam, etkileşim ve tanılama bilgilerini işler. Noodle Flow'da hesap bulunmadığından e-posta talebini bu takma adlı kayıtlarla eşleştiremeyebiliriz. Google ve uygun reklam ortakları kayıtlarını kendi politikalarına, yasal yükümlülüklerine, onay seçimlerinize ve cihaz ya da hesap kontrollerinize göre saklar veya siler. Ayrıca oyundaki Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünü ve Android ya da iOS reklam kontrollerini kullanabilirsiniz.
